I do not get a chance to write a letter of appreciation very often these days.  Very few people do what they say they will do, when promised.  In today's business world, everything usually requires numerous follow-ups to get any job completed.  I just wanted to drop you a note to tell you how pleased I am with the entire installation process of the new Amana A/C, Accuclean filter system, and the intelligent thermostat that was recently installed by Absolute Zero A/C.  Everything about the process exceeded my expectations.  You were very professional and focused entirely upon my needs when you made your recommendations on the unit and equipment to install.  I have to say that I was more than a little nervous about having this amount of work done on my house.  However, the work was completed on time and in a very professional manner.  To top things off the clean up portion of the work done by your company made the whole process a non-event from my standpoint. The A/C unit installed runs on a fraction of the power and is the quietest unit I have ever heard.  In addition, the Accuclean system has made a world of difference in my wife's allergy problems.  Even the housekeeper has commented about the lack of dust in the house.  The intelligent thermostat ties everything together so that you can just set it and forget it all year long.  I could not be pleased more.  Thanks again for everything.  It is a pleasure to do business with a company which delivers on their promises, without customer follow up action, and does everything in their power to exceed a customer's expectation.

After having 3 different companies tried to fix my A/C (which they all wanted me to buy a new unit), I spoke with Steve on the phone and he convinced me to let him take a look at it.  After only 10 minutes, Steve located the problem and had me backup and running in less than 1 hour.  Then after hearing it would only cost $250 to fix, instead of the $4000 that the other guys wanted to charge me, I was overjoyed.  Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!  You are now my A/C company forever.
